On-Site Adjuster Visit
Mildred Roofing & Maintenance sends an inspector to every adjuster meeting. We make sure nothing gets overlooked and that the scope of work covers all damage, not just the most visible areas. If the estimate comes in low, we supplement.
Repair or Replace
Insurance-approved repairs done by manufacturer-certified crews. Same quality materials and installation standards as any other Mildred Roofing & Maintenance job. Your storm-restored roof gets the same warranty as a standard replacement.
